Accreditation

The University of Florida is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate, baccalaureate, master's, education specialist and doctoral degrees. The University of Florida also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels. Accreditation is reaffirmed by SACSCOC every 10 years. All programs and courses are approved by the University of Florida Graduate School and must meet the same academic standards and rigor as any other class, irrespective of whether it is taught online or on campus.
